Terms
Last updated October 22, 2026
The short version. Priced In? is free to play, for fun and learning. It isn't investment advice. Play fairly: no bots or scripts, and a decent nickname. Pro is a subscription that renews until you cancel. You can cancel any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments are sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, and aren't refundable for unused time or a change of mind. Refunds are given where the law requires, or under Link's refund policy if something went wrong with your payment or with Pro.
The game
Priced In? shows real, historical company earnings reports with the company's name hidden, and asks you to call how the stock moved. It's for education and entertainment only. Nothing on the site is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
The cases are drawn from public sources and checked by hand, but they can contain mistakes, and past stock moves don't predict future ones. We may correct, change or remove cases, scores and features at any time.
Playing fairly
- Play yourself. Don't use bots, scripts or other automated tools, and don't try to get around the game's limits or scoring.
- One person, one account. Don't use extra accounts to climb the leaderboards.
- Nicknames and group names are public. Don't pick one that's offensive, hateful, sexual, or pretends to be someone else or to speak for Priced In?.
- Don't attack, overload or try to break into the site.
If you break these rules, we may remove your nickname or group, take your results off the leaderboards, or close your account. If we close your account for breaking these rules, any Pro subscription ends without a refund.
Pro
Pro is an optional subscription: $4.99 a month or $39 a year (US dollars, with any sales tax or VAT included in the price; checkout may show the price in your local currency). It adds every past Daily 5 and the other features listed in the game. Pro belongs to your account, so you need to be signed in to buy it and to use it on another device. We may change Pro's features. If a change makes Pro clearly worse, we'll tell you first, and you can cancel.
Payments: sold through Link
Pro is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service. For your purchase, Link (operated by Stripe) is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and sends your receipts. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* followed by our name. Link's own terms at link.com/terms also apply to the payment. We never see or store your card number.
Renewals and cancelling
- Pro renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Stripe and Link email you before renewals as the law requires.
- Cancel any time: on the game's You tab, choose Manage or cancel. You can also cancel from your account at app.link.com.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've already paid for, then switches off.
- Delete my data on the You tab cancels Pro straight away, without a refund for the rest of the period.
- If we change Pro's price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal. The new price applies from that renewal, and you can cancel before it does.
Refunds
Payments for Pro aren't refundable, including for unused time, a partial month or year, or a change of mind, except in these cases:
- Something went wrong. For example, you were charged without your permission or twice, or Pro didn't work or wasn't as described. Ask within 60 days of the payment through Link support, or email us and we'll help. Link reviews these requests under its refund policy for "Sold through Link" purchases. Where that policy gives you more than these terms, it applies.
- The law gives you a right to a refund or to cancel. Some countries give a "cooling-off" period to cancel an online purchase. You have those rights as your local law provides, and nothing in these terms takes them away.
We can also choose to refund a payment in other cases. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
No warranty
We work to keep Priced In? running and accurate, but it's provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any decision you make based on the game. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change materially affects Pro subscribers, we'll tell them before it takes effect. If you keep playing or stay subscribed after a change, the new terms apply.
Privacy
How we handle your data is explained on the privacy page.
